Inspired by our clients, Geola Digital manufactures custom-made sophisticated handy devices Laser Beam Combiner with Exposure Control module for merging two, three or more outputs of separate laser beams into single optical beam path. It could be produced for use in the UV, VIS, and NIR spectral ranges from 250 nm to 2000 nm. For example, it is easy to combine a separate R, G and B lasers in to single white light beam path at the same time having full control and monitoring of individual laser beams per channel.

Device incorporates a fast mechanical shutters and energy attenuators. Fast shutter is based on electro-mechanical actuator where energy attenuator comprises of a high contrast thin-film polarizer and motorized half waveplate giving easy energy attenuation control for each channel combined. The Beam Combiners can be also equipped with energy monitoring option, allowing precise beam manipulation of individual channel at the combined beam. The LBC-3EC equipped with pulsed laser radiation detection and measuring option acts as pulse picker – burst mode organizer, which can be used for passively Q-Switched pulsed lasers (capable extracting even a single pulse from 60Hz rep rate). Since each pulse of the individual channel is measured, the device is capable using precise expose control, energy accumulation or pulse burst counting system.
